BESPOKE LEADERS was established in April 2014, by learning specialist Philip Andersson. To ensure a deep and trusted connection with clients all learning initiatives facilitated by BESPOKE LEADERS are designed, developed and delivered by Philip.
Philip Andersson - Founder
Having qualified as a practising solicitor (NZ Law Society), Philip quickly transitioned into professional roles that focused on learning and development. With a passion for high-performance, development psychology and personal growth, Philip established BESPOKE LEADERS after experiences across a diverse range of industries - Professional Services (Deloitte), Engineering (UGL), Dispute Resolution (CEDR), Health and Fitness (FitPro).
Since the inception of BESPOKE LEADERS in 2014, Philip has worked with a number of eminent organisations to help them accelerate learning cultures, systems and development programs. As a lifelong learner, Philip sees his primary role as a development catalyst who aims to help organisations and individuals optimise their potential, so that they can be successful.
In 2020, Philip relocated the BESPOKE LEADERS business from Sydney, Australia to London, UK. From his Highbury office (N1), Philip continues to support key clients in both Australia and the UK through development programs, coaching, facilitation and learning strategy.
Philip is also a proud All Blacks supporter, chocolate fanatic and long black coffee drinker. If he won the lottery tomorrow, he would most likely continue to do, exactly what he is doing today.
